eBay Operations
Glenn serves eBay as the Director of Operations Planning. He has served in that capacity since December 2003. Joining eBay in 2002, he has held various positions including the Vice President of Operations. In this capacity he has pioneered and championed the introduction of ITILŪ and PMI into a new group called Operations Excellence. In addition, he introduced a new Enterprise Management System. Availability and reliability goals for each quarter have not been missed since his arrival.
