Donna Bolen
Region Manager

Donna Bolen has 17 years of experience in IT Service Management and Delivery. For several years Donna managed the IT Support Help Desk at The Bank of California, supporting 3,000 end-users and a complex network infrastructure encompassing the US west coast and the Pacific Rim. In her many years as an IT Project Manager, Donna has been responsible for leading matrix-managed teams to identify, test, and deploy new enterprise and departmental technology to meet business requirements. At the Bank of California, she was responsible for setting and meeting availability and service level management goals throughout the organization.
For the past four years, Donna has worked at FrontRange Solutions, Inc. as a Service Level and Business Process Consultant, assisting FrontRange customers in implementing the processes and technology to improve technology services within the budgets and constraints of their respective organizations. Because of her passion for and knowledge of IT Service Management, Donna has been a frequent speaker at seminars, HDI (Help Desk Institute) Events, Siemens North America CIO Conference, and the AITP (Association for Information Technology Professionals). Donna is ITL Foundations Certified, and a Microsoft Certified Sales Professional.
