Adriana Christopher is a Senior Project Manager with Coastline Technology Consulting in Sacramento. For the past two years she has supervised the introduction and implementation of ITIL Service Management principles and standards to CalSTRS, California's state teachers retirement system, where she has been consulting for over four years. Adriana has been a manager in IT environments for 25 years, including California's BOE and FTB, Boston University, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the MITRE Corporation. Adriana has an MBA in Information Technology Management and is PMI certified. She currently serves as Vice President of the Northern California ITSMF local group.
