Michael has been the IT Service Manager for Walt Disney Internet Group (WDIG) since September 2002 when WDIG began implementing ITSM. Prior to that, he spent 12 years managing high-availability systems like DisneyStore.com, Auctions.com, and the US Department of Interior's real-time flood warning system for Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Alaska. Michael has spent 10 years in process engineering, primarily TQM and now ITSM.
He holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Mathematics.
