Ida Ellams is an ITSM Consultant with Pepperweed Consulting. Ida has extensive experience in ITSM/ITIL implementations with government agencies and the financial sector. Ida has extensive experience in the IT Service Management space leading cross-functional teams through the definition and implementation of organizational and process improvements. Furthermore, Ida has significant practical experience combining the best of process design methodology with the comprehensive library of Service Management best practices that ITIL offers. Ida was ITIL Foundations certified in 1999, and is currently studying for her ITIL Master’s Certificate. With solution delivery and implementation experience in the government sector and financial industry, Ida has obtained valuable field experience. Previously, Ida worked as a consultant for the Provincial Government, in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
