Ivor Evans
Ivor Evans has a long and distinguished career in IT Service Management. He first successfully used ITIL's 'best practice' advice in 1989, when he was responsible for the UK Army's logistics computing. This was the first large-scale practical application of the guidance in the world. Since then, in the latter days as an independent consultant, he has proved the value of ITIL on many projects, large and small, in the public and private sectors. Mr. Evans has been a long-serving examiner for the Information Systems Examination Board (ISEB) and is Honorary Lifetime President of the UK IT Service Management Forum.
