Charae Gabriel

Serena
Charae Gabriel is a Product Manager responsible for IT process management at Serena Software. Over her twenty years in the industry Ms. Gabriel has had extensive IT and management experience including strategic technology planning and directing technology programs ranging from business initiatives to merger and conversion projects.
In her current role at Serena Ms. Gabriel is responsible for defining solutions for Serena's SAFE initiative in support of quality initiatives such as CMM and ITIL. Charae holds a BS degree in Computer Science and is certified in ITIL Service Management.
