Getronics
As a Six Sigma Green Belt, Jim is the process owner for implementing ITIL® and Six Sigma in an ISO environment at Getronics. His group is responsible for all ITIL® program development within Getronics' Enterprise Support Center. Jim is ISO lead-auditor trained and was a management representative for three years while certified in ISO 9001. Prior to Getronics, Jim served as a field service engineer working on Unix based mini systems, in program management, and with telephony/facilities, logistics, distribution, and sourcing. He has competency delivering both offshore solutions and business system implementations. Jim holds a degree in Organizational Management and Communications.
