Majid works for the IT Services Qualification Center (ITsqc) at Carnegie Mellon University. He is engaged in research and education on organizational learning, measurement, and control. He is preparing guidance on leveraging investments in ITIL and COBIT towards capability improvement based on the eSourcing Capability Model for Service Providers (eSCM-SP). He also teaches graduate- and executive-level courses on service management.
