Matthias Klaer is program manager for Hewlett-Packard Services’ Global Delivery worldwide maturity assessment program and has been active in the field of IT service management in various roles for 10+ years. In his current role Matthias manages a program that defines and conducts the assessment of the completeness and maturity of ITIL/ITSM processes and the compliance with corporate policies governing Hewlett-Packard’s IT services delivery on a world-wide basis. That includes assessment methodology, maturity rating, tracking of risk remediation and trend analysis for continuous process improvement.
