Russell is currently Senior Manager of Client Relations in the Enterprise
Technology Solutions group of Toronto-Dominion Bank Financial Group.
He has 28 years experience in IT, including 18 years in Finance Industry and 10
years in the Brokerage Industry as well as 12+ years experience in vendor
relationship management including not
only standard Service Level Management processes, but contract
negotiations and renewals, as well as ongoing financial spend analysis.
He was responsible for the initiation (2002) and maturity development (ongoing)
of the Service Level Management practice for TD Bank Enterprise
Technology Solutions.
