Frederieke Winkler Prins started her career with Quint Wellington Redwood focusing on the Service Management processes while obtaining her ITIL® Master’s. As a crucial part of a successful service management implementation is the supporting software, she switched to PROLIN. In her role as the worldwide Professional Services manager, she has been instrumental in bridging the gap between Service Management process theory and supporting software. After PROLIN’s acquisition by HP, she continued her groundbreaking process standardization efforts at Service Management Partners as a Senior consultant and Partner.
