Christopher Reed is currently employed by Parkview Health System as a Senior Information Systems Analyst. He has over 10 years of experience and has held both technical and management positions in the field of financial, manufacturing and healthcare information systems. He is certified through HDI as a Customer Support Specialist, Help Desk Analyst, Help Desk Senior Analyst and Help Desk Manager. He also holds a Manager's Certificate in IT Service Management (ITIL) from the ISEB, and a degree in Information Systems from Purdue University.
