Randy is currently a Senior Consultant at Covestic leading large scale ITSM efforts for their clients. He has served in past roles as the former Global Head Of Service Management for a multi-national media company. He has over 25 years experience implementing and managing IT infrastructures and service management solutions at numerous companies around the world working at IBM and at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). He is the co-author of an ITSM methodology and operational framework formerly used by Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) for over 10 years as their worldwide implementation standard back before ITIL® was around.
