| Charles has worked in the international media scene for over 20 years, initially specialising in the Middle East, working on some of the major Paris perfume houses. At Mediaedge:cia, he was instrumental in developing the strategy to launch the company, and as Managing Director of the EMEA region he successfully launched the company across 37 countries. He now has overall responsibility for Mediaedge:cia across the world. Previously, Charles was Managing Director at Y&R Media in Europe, where he worked with a number of multinational clients including AT&T, Johnson & Johnson, Holiday Inn, Colgate-Palmolive, Kraft Jacobs Suchard, Philip Morris and PepsiCo Foods. His responsibilities were two-fold: running Y&R Media in Europe and as European Media Director, he was responsible for Y&R's media capabilities across Europe. From 1984 until 1988 Charles worked at Connell May & Steavenson, where his clients included Shell Oils, Michelin and Burberrys. He is married with three children. |
