Gay Warren Gaddis
President & Founder
T3 (The Think Tank)

Gay Warren Gaddis is the president and founder of T3 (The Think Tank), an integrated marketing services firm with offices in Austin and New York. Founded in 1989, Gay has built the company into the largest privately held agency controlled by a woman in the country. She is committed to making T3 the most innovative agency in the nation.

One visit to T3 is enough to convince anyone that she's doing just that. Gay puts her stamp on every meeting. She is a consensus builder who brings a unique blend of straight-shooting business acumen and deeply felt convictions to the table. Her entrepreneurial, expansionary vision for the firm, history of business success, and dedication to making the community a better place are a dynamic combination.

Gay was born in Liberty, Texas. She attended The University of Texas at Austin where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a bachelor of fine arts degree in studio art. Her career began at The Richards Group in Dallas. She later became the director of public relations for Baylor University Medical Center, and then the marketing director for Leadership Dynamics, a national management-consulting firm in Atlanta.

In 1982, she joined the William Lacy Company in Austin. The firm was renamed Fellers and Gaddis, and Gay became a full partner in 1986. In 1989, she opened her own agency, Warren/Martino. In 1994, Gay changed the name of the agency to T3 to better reflect "The Think Tank" business philosophy — smart people doing smart things.

During her career, Gay has led marketing and advertising efforts for clients including Dell Computer, JCPenney, Samsung, Baker Botts, Nortel Networks, NetSolve, Extraco and the Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA). She also executed initiatives for healthcare clients in every major Texas market. Her efforts have helped to improve overall healthcare services for the entire state.

Today, Gay heads all new business efforts, oversees T3's finances, and mentors the staff. She is a frequent national speaker on marketing and technology-related issues, as well as family friendly initiatives in the workplace.

Gay raises three children with her husband Lee, who is a principal and the strategic planner for T3. Together, they run the Double Heart Ranch where they raise Texas Longhorn and cultivate endangered Madrone trees. They are active members of both the Texas and International Longhorn Breeders associations and the Wildlife Research Center.
