The Reception Sponsor will be able to distribute promotional materials throughout the reception period (no pens, notepads, or lanyards). We will provide a Jupiter Advertising Forum Conference & Expo 2003 Conference Banner with the Reception Sponsor's logo. An Additional banner or sign in the reception room can be provided by Sponsor as space permits.
10x10 foot Exhibit Area
The exhibit area is floor space only. The Reception Sponsor has the option to receive a complimentary booth package to include:
- six foot table
- two chairs
- one wastebasket
- 44 inch x 7 inch table sign with company name
The Reception Sponsor incurs all charges for changes,
additions or substitutions to the complimentary booth package.
The Reception Sponsor is responsible for all booth decoration,
personnel, electric, shipping, computer, telephone and other
requirements. Floor Exhibit Space is made available on a first
come, first served basis and no assurances or guarantees for
specific space can be given.

Reception Sponsor's logo will appear on the agenda page of
the Jupiter Advertising Forum Conference & Expo 2003 Web Site, with link to company web site.
Thousands of Internet industry professionals are expected to
visit the conference Web Site.
Conference Registration Passes For Reception Sponsor's Personnel
Reception Sponsor will receive three complimentary
registration passes to Jupiter Advertising Forum Conference & Expo for use by its
personnel and may not be transferred or re-sold in any manner.
Discounted Conference Registration Passes For Reception Sponsor's Customers and Additional Exhibit Personnel
Reception Sponsor will be able to offer its customers and
additional exhibit personnel a discount of 50% off the regular
conference registration rate.
Jupiter Advertising Forum Conference & Expo 2003 Handbook Advertising
Reception Sponsor's company name and description will be
featured in the Company Listing section of the Jupiter Advertising Forum Conference & Expo 2003
handbook, which will be distributed to all conference attendees.
