Nate Elliott covers online marketing and media as an Associate Analyst for JupiterResearch. His expertise includes search marketing, rich media, adserving technology and online dating.
Elliott writes an online marketing column for ClickZ and maintains a JupiterResearch weblog. He has been quoted widely in the media, including The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, CNN and the trade press. He is also a frequent speaker at industry events throughout the United States and Europe.
Prior to joining JupiterResearch, Elliott was DoubleClick's Senior Manager for Rich Media. In that role he founded and co-chaired the IAB Rich Media Task Force and set the first industry standards for rich media advertising. Previously, Elliott managed the DoubleClick Studio advertising design team, producing online sponsorships and rich media ads for clients such as AT&T, Kraft, Disney, General Motors and IBM. He has also developed rich media projects for Macromedia, creating industry standards for tracking clickthroughs and other interactions in Flash ads.
Elliott is a graduate of Cornell University. He lives in Brooklyn.
