Kevin Corson Founder Chairman and CEO HBN, Inc.

Mr. Corson has developed and/or brought to market significant technologies
for over 18 years. He has consulted with, or developed products for, such
fortune 500 companies as The J. Paul Getty Center, Wrigley, The Titan
Corporation, Dial, Dallas Cowboys, Honda Ltd., Delco, and Ford. In 1987, Mr.
Corson joined the team who created the Bionic Ear for the U.S. Government,
and brought digital sound (via The Voice Master, Sound Master and The Speech
Thing) to the Commodore 64, Atari 400/800, and finally to the IBM PC in the
mid '80s. Kevin is featured in the February Scientific American, "Speech
Recognition," in the March 22 Business Week "Developments to Watch," and it
was also the first runner up in the October Discover Magazine "Annual
Technological Awards." Kevin was the Keynote Speaker for Spring Comdex 1993
discussing voice recognition and the future of mobile computing. After
selling COVOX's technologies and trademarks to Creative Labs in late 1993.
Today's Internet phone systems stemmed from Kevin's insight into the way the
Internet could be used, turning Internet telephony into a multi-billion
dollar business. In mid 1994 he and his team invented the world's first
full-duplex Internet phone, DigiPhone. DigiPhone received numerous awards
and editorials, and was featured, among others, in the Wall Street Journal
"Goodbye AT&T?" Feb 16,1994 and the October 1995 WIRED Magazine article,
"Iphone." Kevin then developed the first universal Biometric API (BAPI) in
late 1997 and was featured in the November 30, 1998 Newsweek article on
biometrics, "Tired of All Those Passwords? Here Are Some Alternatives."
Kevin founded HBN in 1999 to focus on developing Information Management and
Peer-to-Peer Networking technologies. He has recently finished two chapters
for "ONLINE - The BOOK", book by John Dvorak on Peer-to-Peer Networks and
Internet Downloading due out in November of 2003. Kevin continues to speak
at functions, conferences and tradeshows about the future of secure
"Information, Communication, and Collaboration" technologies and how to
market them effectively. Mr. Corson currently lives in Eugene, Oregon.
