Ashok Malhotra has a Ph.D. from M.I.T and over 25 years of research
experience at the IBM Thomas. J. Watson Research Center. He is the author
of over 50 papers and holds a number of patents on a variety of subjects
including Application Development, Database Access Technology and
Visualization. For the past several years he has been working on XML
development and standards and has authored a number of publications. He now
works for Microsoft in the area of XML and Web Services Standards and
Technology.
