| Victor H. Boyajian, Chair, Capital Markets Group and Corporate Technology Practice, devotes virtually all of his time to working with high-tech companies on a national basis on venture capital financing and other strategic transactions. The practice is broadbased and includes both early and later stage companies in the telecom, wireless, internet, software and IT services space. Mr. Boyajian takes an active role in working with his clients and particularly enjoys guiding high-tech companies through the capital raising process, accessing capital and other relationships to accelerate growth and taking the time to help companies understand the strategic implications of any decisions. Mr. Boyajian's finance expertise includes venture capital and other private equity investments, initial public offerings and commercial bank financing.
