Dr. Moloni received her Ph.D. degree from the University of Minnesota, having done her research in low-temperature magnetic force microscopy. She is an expert in scanned-probe microscopy (SPM) and in a variety of advanced imaging technologies. She has done Postdoctoral Research in atomic force microscopy (AFM) at both the University of Wisconsin-Madison and at Purdue University. In addition to her work on magnetic materials, Dr. Moloni has, as Principal Investigator on several SBIR contracts awarded to the Company, developed special techniques in the use of carbon nanotubes for SPM imaging and in the production of nanotube scanning probes. She has a number of publications and patent applications in these areas.
