Tsvi Gal is a senior executive and chief information officer responsible for overseeing global IT operations at Warner Music Group (WMG), AOL Time Warner ’s multinational music division that includes the Atlantic Group, Elektra Entertainment Group, Warner Bros. Records, Inc., Warner Music International, Warner/Chappell Music and WEA Inc. Mr. Gal lends his considerable global technical expertise to the task of integrating WMG’s global systems and exploring technological synergies within AOL Time Warner, as well as maximizing the opportunities presented by new technologies.

Prior to joining WMG, Mr. Gal held the role of president of AT&T’s ATT.COM from 2000 to 2002, where he was responsible for AT&T’s E*Business and E*commerce activities. In this position, he oversaw the revitalzation of AT&T’s presence in the market ensuring its transition into a modern era electronic business market leader.

Before joining ATT.com, Mr. Gal was the chief technology officer, enterprise technology services at Merrill Lynch & Co where he helped building the MLOL - Merrill Lynch’s electronic trading. From 1996 to 1999, he was executive vice president and CIO of North America Applications ABN AMRO Bank, one of the world’s largest global banks.

Prior to ABN AMRO Bank, Mr. Gal served in various positions including senior vice president and chief technology officer at Bank of America from 1993 to 1996 and vice president Information Technology at Wells Fargo Bank from 1987 to 1993.

Mr. Gal is a high honors computer science graduate of Rutgers University. He holds a Masters of Business degree from Golden Gate University. In 2001, he was awarded the Einstein award for achievements in Science and Technology presented to him by the state of Israel president Mr. Moshe Katzav. Mr. Gal is the co-author of Distributed Computing Management and serves on the Board of Directors at Fortel and Exigen as well as Stanford University’s advisory board.
