| Dr. Jack Jachner is CTO for North America enterprise Communication Server business unit at Alcatel, responsible for product strategic direction and new technology assessment. He also manages the engineering groups supporting the OmniPCX product introduction in North America. Jack has 20 years of engineering experience in Telecommunications R&D, including VoIP product design and implementation in Xylan data switch products, wireless basestation design and development for Tellabs, vocoder development for Bell Northern Research. He holds a Masters in Data Networking and a Doctor of Science in Digital Signal Processing, both from MIT. |
