| Before starting his consulting practice, Peter held the title, "Director of Voice Design" at Voxeo Corporation, and Milo Inc. before that. He has designed over 30 voice applications, providing dialogue design, grammar development, focus group testing, persona design and all other elements critical to the success of a speech-recognition application. He has also published white papers on VUI design and provided training on VUI best-practices. Peter’s professional background is in theatre and software development. Prior to spending several years at Microsoft on the Windows NT Sustained Engineering Team, he worked in theatre as an actor and director both in the U.S. and eastern Europe. Peter holds a degree in Acting and Directing from Cornish College of the Arts. |
