| John has more than 15 years experience marketing technology to call centers and managing service delivery organizations. Prior to VoiceArchitects, John co-founded Speaktumi, a vender of dynamic VoiceXML application software. John began his speech career with pioneer voice ASP, Voci Speech, as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development. Prior to Voci, John held senior executive positions with Galileo International where he drove triple digit sales growth and extended host transaction processing services into new markets, and has also held a variety of service management, market strategy and business development positions with United Airlines. John holds a bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, and has lectured at Jiaotong University and the Chinese Academy of Sciences in Shanghai |
