Tim Allwine leads VeriSign's WLAN roaming and settlement initiatives. He also directs VeriSign's Clearinghouse Services business, where he is responsible for life cycle product management, new product development, strategy development, and operations oversight for VeriSign's Toll Clearinghouse, Revenue Administration, and OSS Interconnection services.

Mr. Allwine has over 17 years experience in the telecommunications industry. He actively represents VeriSign in the Wi-Fi Alliance, the ATIS Ordering and Billing Forum (OBF), the IEC and other organizations ­ and frequently speaks at industry conferences on topics including wireless data, wireless OSS, securing wireless LANs and 802.11 technology. Prior to joining VeriSign, Mr. Allwine held positions with LCI International (now Qwest) and Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). Mr. Allwine earned B.S. degrees in Accountancy and in Systems Analysis from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and his MBA from the University of Montana.
