Before joining Motia, Bob was the vice president of engineering for Innovics Wireless, a smart antenna based third generation cellular semiconductor manufacturer. Prior to that, he served as vice president of Ericsson where he was general manager of the network edge and access product unit. Bob has also been the senior vice president of R&D at Advanced Computer Communications, an internet equipment manufacturer, and an associate vice president of engineering at Retix, Inc. He has also held senior engineering positions at Memorex Telex, Emulogic and Analog Devices, and has a BS in electrical engineering from Northeastern University.
