Pankaj has been with Convergys for over 12 years, working principally in Converged Mediation, PrePaid Mediation, and Settlement Systems Development.
Pankaj began his career in Convergys as a lead Architect for creating solutions for European client and later moved to a manager role for CDPD Mediation/Provisioning solutions development. From 1997 to 2002, as a Director, Pankaj has managed development of Mediation, and Roaming/Settlement Solutions using multi-site (UK, USA, India) development groups of over 80 people.
Starting 2003, Pankaj has focused his efforts on leading Convergys Participation/Contributions in number of Industry Standards Groups - IPDR - As BoD Member for 2003, Liberty Alliance, WIC, and W3C. He has presented papers at VON and IIR conferences on Billing, Mediation, Settlement, and IPDR Standards.
A native of India, Pankaj has a B.S. in Chemistry (India), B.S. in EECS (Uni. Of Illinois, Chicago), and M.S. in Computer Science (Wright State Uni, Dayton). He lives in Cincinnati.
