PanGo appointed Michael Campbell President and Chief Executive Officer of PanGo Networks in March 2002. He is the first member of the second-generation management team that will lead the company into rapidly evolving markets of opportunity. He brings to PanGo nearly 20 years experience in sales, strategic marketing, business development and operations management. He was formerly CEO of Michael James & Company, a
$2 million national management and marketing consulting firm with offices in Boston and Pittsburgh. He was directly involved with product planning, business development, strategic communications and sales for
several market leaders including IndustryNet (Perot Systems), Paracel (Applied Biosystems), Carnegie Group (Logica), Ziff Davis, ProcureNet, FreeMarkets, Personity (Openwave), Harte Hanks, Serviceware, iGate and
others in communications, e-commerce and CRM markets.
His international experience includes the United Nations Development Program in Shenyang, China. Currently, Campbell serves on the Board of Governors of the Pacem in Terris Institute (www.pacem-in-terris.org), a non-profit that fosters peace through education and international cooperation. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Political Science at Gannon University and did his Master's work at the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public and International Affairs.
