Michael brings over 18 years of experience in all aspects of enterprise and Internet software development and management to Newbury Networks. Recently, Michael served as President and CEO of NetMorf, Inc., one of the first software companies to define the wireless data platform space. At NetMorf, Michael provided the overall vision, leadership, and direction for the company as he grew it from inception to 85 people in 18 months, securing marquis customers such as Barnes&Noble.com, ClickCommerce, and Pivotal Software, as well as winning the Crossroads A-List award for best Mobile Platform Company. Prior to NetMorf, Michael served as Senior Vice President and General Manager for Segue Software, Inc. where he helped transform a small software consulting firm with three full-time employees into a publicly-traded, independent software vendor with over 300 employees worldwide focused on automated software testing with annual revenues exceeding $50 million. Previous to Segue, Michael managed and was part of software development projects at GTE Labs, Digital Equipment Corporation, and Siemens/Nixdorf Corporation. He has been a speaker at many industry events and has published over a dozen articles over the years ranging from software application design to industry trends. Michael received his B.A. in Math and Computer Science from Stonehill College and his M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Maryland.
