As part of CSG Systems Strategic Initiatives Group, Gregory Opie is responsible for the research and analysis of opportunities related to mobile, wireless, and IP services, including: WLAN, 3G mobile technologies, content and commerce, and IPDR settlements.

Mr. Opie has been involved in billing and customer care software design and development for mobile communications providers since 1987. He has extensive experience with both GSM and IS-41 operators in Europe, North America, and Latin America; including five years residency in Europe during the initial rollout of GSM networks and support systems.
