Walt Henley joined Camvera Networks (formerly Tri-State Broadband) in September 2002 as Chief Operations Officer. Since then, he has focused the Company's efforts into a systematic, process-driven organization, capable of scaling to capitalize on the wireless Internet expansion.

Mr. Henley has led numerous development efforts to create large-scale OSS systems for ISP and Telecommunications customers. He was MCS Director at PricewaterhourseCoopers, LLP where he led a global telecommunications, infrastructure and OSS practice.

Mr. Henley has been in the telecommunications and networking business for over 20 years. He has held numerous management positions, both as a team leader and senior manager for the companies he served.
