Jonathan Zarkower

As director of product management for Colubris Networks, Jonathan Zarkower oversees Colubris' service provider solutions portfolio. With 19+ years of experience in the data communications industry, he joined Colubris from Lucent Technologies, where he held key product management roles for the company's edge and IP product portfolio. He came to Lucent via its acquisition of SpringTide Networks, a provider of carrier-grade IP services platforms, where he had been director of corporate systems engineering. Earlier in his career, he held a range of positions with Nortel Networks, Bay Networks, and Wellfleet Communications, including a key role driving the initial IP VPN strategy at Bay Networks. Zarkower holds a Bachelor or Science degree in General Business Administration from the University of Connecticut. He is also co-author of "Virtual Private Networks: A View from the Trenches" published by Prentice Hall.
